Since its acquisition in November 2004, everyone who has visited or used The Mission Theatre has been wonderfully complimentary about many aspects of its various spaces.  Here are a selection of written comments and reviews:

"THE starring role in the latest production from the award-winning company has got to be the theatre itself.

Last night Bath's new Mission Theatre opened in the former Corn Street Chapel which has been transformed into Bath's first theatre-in-the-round.

Here is a roomy performance space and a delightfully spectator friendly place to be which looks all set to become an increasingly important addition to the growing list of Bath's live performance spaces."   Christopher Hansford, Bath Chronicle - 24 Jan 2005

"And if you don't support the relatively new Mission Theatre - a great addition to Bath -  then you're missing something."   Philip Horton, Bath Chronicle - 8 Jul 2005

As ever."

jazz_newsletter.jpg (12204 bytes)"At the beginning of June we performed for 5 nights at The Mission Theatre in Bath as part of the Bath Fringe Festival.  We were fortunate enough to be reviewed on the first night by the main Jazz reviewer in the area.  He gave us a great review which you can see on our website.

We thoroughly enjoyed playing at The Mission Theatre - what a great venue!  The acoustics were superb.  You could feel the whole building vibrating in sympathy with the music.  We would like to thank Ann Garner and everyone at the Next Stage Theatre Company.  They made us feel very welcome.

If you're in the area pop in to see a show or for lunch or even just for a coffee in the bistro.  The whole place has a very nice atmosphere and will undoubtedly become one of Bath's main arts venues."
